Shiny and New

Well, here we go.   Starting a new phase of life soon, so why not start a new blog?  And, hey, I'm on a Mac now, I got my hair cut last week, and I'll be moving in the next couple of weeks.  I like my changes all at once, thank you very much.

Every new phase of life makes me a little older, though.  A little closer to death.

Not that death scares me.  It's the absence of life that scares me.  It's running out of time before I run out of things I want to do.  That scares me.
